　　回顧一年前神的帶領， 讓我想起一句聖經經文：“你要專心仰賴耶和華，不可倚靠自己的聰明，在你一切所行的事上都要認定祂，祂必指引你的路。”（箴三5-6）

《難題》

　　去年四月底，我的藥店租約即將到期。這期間，屋主並沒有任何動靜。直到四月初，新的租約寄來了，不僅租金調漲五成以上，還加上地稅和其他許多開銷。這時，我們被迫要在接下來的四個星期內作出決定，是留下來？還是搬遷到別的地方？又或者，改行換跑道？在這個小城鎮工作這麼多年，真的有點捨不得！

　　在這時候，我們唯一能做的就是禱告。我們懇求主開路和帶領。假如神要我們留下，祂一定會為我們預備一切的需要。

　　那時我們只剩三個星期的時間來作決定，而這附近的店面租金都非常昂貴，高過我們手中的新合同。我不想續約，但又不知道是否可以找到一個更合適的地方。我該怎麼辦呢？我真的需要一個神蹟﹗

《在神沒有難成的事》

　　我的藥店在這城裡已有多年的時間，也一直與客戶維持著相當好的關係。後來有一位客人為我們找到一間閒置多年的店面，業主是一間銀行。據聞他們一直不願出租，雖然也曾有牙醫、花店來洽詢，卻被一一回絕。

　　抱著一絲希望，我們撥了電話給銀行。沒想到幾天之後，銀行回電話，約我們見面。那是個很簡短的晤談，對方看起來很普通，沒想到竟是銀行的副總裁！他告訴我，假如銀行決定租給我們，條件一定會好得令我們無法拒絕（實際的情況也確實如此），但是他必須先回去召開董事會才能決定。會議進行期間，許多人持反對票，因為他們覺得租金太低；更重要的是，其中一位董事的朋友也有興趣想要承租。

　　腓立比書四章6節說：「應當一無掛慮，只要凡事藉著禱告、祈求，和感謝，將你們所要的告訴神。」那時，我們好似繞了一圈，又回到原點。因此，除了禱告、緊緊抓住神的應許之外，什麼也不能做。

　　奇妙的事發生了！第二天，銀行的副總裁打電話來，說他們最終決定把店面租給我們！上帝實在奇妙，祂改變人心，為愛祂、信靠祂的人，成就大事。就在他們要做決定的關鍵時刻，他們的總裁遇到我的一位客人。閒談中，這位客人對我的藥店有極高的評價，銀行總裁也因此對我們有非常好的印象。我知道這是神的幫助，絕不是人自己可以爭取來的。

　　感謝主！讚美主！在神沒有難成的事﹗

《搬遷》

　　終於，租約簽好了，我們也只剩下兩個星期的時間搬遷。神真的是隨時幫助我們的神！祂在每個階段都為我們安排所需用的一切。從第一次開會到搬遷的那一天，神都派不同的天使來幫助我們！我們日以繼夜地工作，而一切也都按步就班地進行。過程雖然艱辛，體力上也相當疲乏困倦，但是只要一想到神的大能和信實，我的心裡就充滿喜樂。上帝按祂的時刻成就事情，而祂的時刻總是最美好的！

　　現在我們已經在這新的地方一年多了，神的祝福實在太多！而搬遷也不過是其中的一個例子。讚美主！感謝主！神所賜的真的是超過我們所求所想的恩典﹗

God’s Blessings

Look back a year ago!How God has led our way!For the Scripture tells us “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths..”( Prov 3:5-6)

Dilemma:

At the end of April 2006, the lease of my business was up. The landlord, however, did not give us the new lease until the beginning of same month.The increase of the rent was more than 50% plus other expenses and the property tax!We have to make a decision within the next four weeks-- we were contemplating whether to move or stay.Perhaps it is time to move on to something else after working in the field for so many years.It would break my heart to leave!

All we knew then was to pray to God.We asked God if it was in His will for us to continue our business, He would have to provide us with a new location.

We had 3 weeks left; nothing had shown up. Every vacant store in this town cost a lot more than what our landlord had offered us. Could we possibly move to a new location within 3 weeks? What were we supposed to do?We needed a miracle.

With God nothing is impossible!
We have been doing business in this town for years.One concerned customer found a space for me.The landlord of this place is a local bank.The landlord did not want to rent it out for years.In the past, a well established dentist and a florist in this town had approached the bank, the answer was always “no”. We called the bank up and told them our interest to rent this space.It took a few days before the bank’s official contacted us.We had an interview with the vice president of the bank.All he said to us was that he would give me an offer that I would not be able to refuse.It was true, the offer was so good that it would enable us to continue this kind of service business.Now this executive had to have a board meeting with all the board members.During the meeting, members had objected because the rent offered to us was too low.In any case, they had friends that wanted to rent this place.

At that moment, we were back to where we had started.Praying was all we could do.We were holding onto God’s promise to us.

“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” (Phil 4:6)

The following day, the vice president contacted us. The bank had made a final decision to rent it to us.God moves people’s heart to make things happen to those who love and trust Him.

During one of the most critical moments of their decision, the president of the bank had met one of our customers.After a long conversation with this customer, they made up their final decision to rent it to us.

This can only be possible with God’s help!

The moving:
From the time that we signed the lease we only had two weeks to move.God actually moved us!He had sent His angels to help us.From the first town’s meeting, we know God was by our side.We were working day and night, but everything was going on in an orderly manner.There were a lot of frustrations and physical exhaustion.In spite of all these, it was a joyful experience to know that God is so powerful and faithful.God accomplishes things in His time.And it is always the best!

We are now in this new location for more than a year. The blessings that God has poured out to us are beyond measure.Moving is just one of them!Praise the Lord, may all the glory be to His name!
